About Zoe
Hi, I’m Zoe Glen. I’m a certified mind-body coach, writer, facilitator and the creator of Coherent Consciousness.
For years, I dealt with chronic symptoms that didn’t have clear answers. Pain, fatigue, anxiety, gut issues, and a nervous system that constantly felt on edge. I saw doctors and specialists, tried supplements and protocols, but nothing seemed to create lasting relief. It left me feeling defeated, confused, and disconnected from myself.
Things began to shift when I started learning about the nervous system, trauma, and the mind-body connection. I realized my body wasn’t failing me—it was protecting me. I began slowing down, listening, and building a more trusting relationship with myself and my symptoms
A big part of my healing came from making changes to how I lived day to day. I simplified my routines, created space for rest, and made more time for things that actually nourished me. I also started being more intentional about what surrounded me. I cleaned up my environment—swapping out toxic products, cutting back on chemical exposure, and creating a home that felt calm and supportive instead of overstimulating or stressful.
These small but consistent changes helped my body feel safer. They reduced the invisible stressors I didn’t even realize were affecting me. And they gave me the clarity and capacity to keep healing.
That experience is what led me to start Coherent Consciousness. I wanted to create the kind of support I was missing—a space to explore the root causes of stress and illness, reconnect with the body, and build real change from the inside out.
Now, I help others do the same. My approach is simple, grounded, and focused on nervous system regulation, mind-body awareness, and practical tools that support healing in everyday life. You don’t have to do it perfectly. You don’t have to do it alone. You just need a place to begin.
